- Implementing WordPress as an easy-to-use content management system for a statewide nonprofit association.
- Rebuilt a local club website using WordPress.
- Helped a regional organization implement PayPal payments for conference registrations and membership dues.

- Used VIPRE to clean and protect a family computer that also served as their small business computer.
